Exporting Model File
You can use common modeling software to design your own model, export it to STL format and import slicing software.
Model can also be downloaded on some websites:

www.myminifactory.com
www.cults3d.com
Click Import model to select the 3D model you want to print (STL format), or directly drag the model into the slicing software.
